Join us for our series of online seminars that cover the most important topics in Consumer Packaging and Point of Purchase Displays.

The first in the series will look into a timely and critical topic in plastic consumer goods packaging, the future of PVC. PVC plastic is the material found in most non-food plastic packaging in the US and Asia.
However, PVC is devastating to the environment and lawmakers, activist and now large influential companies are pushing to rid the market of PVC.

| The online seminar will also examine the future of plastic clamshell packaging. Except for clamshells, the transition away from PVC to alternatives is clear. For other applications PET, Corn based and other plastic alternatives are potential substitutes with acceptable drawbacks. |
| However, the quintessential benefit of PVC clamshells is the ability to completely seal the package using radio frequencies. No other transparent material has been created that can be sealed in such a way. |
| The online seminar will cover alternatives to PVC clamshells and technological developments in new sealable materials. |
